Warranty Policy

1. General

This Warranty Policy applies exclusively to refurbished equipment sold by MK Gym Equip and is valid within Cyprus.

2. Warranty Coverage

2.1 Strength Equipment

• 3 years warranty on strength machines

• Exclusions: fabrics, upholstery, cables, and wear parts

2.2 Cardio Equipment

• 8 months warranty on electronic components

• 3 years warranty on all other mechanical parts

3. What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing or refurbishment defects

• Mechanical or electronic failure under normal use

• Repair or replacement of defective parts (at our discretion)

4. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation

• Damage caused by lack of regular maintenance

• Cosmetic wear

• Damage caused by external factors (power surges, water, fire, etc.)

5. Warranty Procedure

To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact us with proof of purchase

2. Describe the issue and provide photos/videos if requested

3. Our technicians will assess the issue

4. Repair, replacement, or solution will be provided at our discretion

6. Transport for Warranty Repairs

• Warranty repairs are carried out at the client’s premises where possible

• If equipment must be transported, responsibility will be determined based on the nature of the issue

​

7. Warranty Validity

Warranty is valid only:

• For the original purchaser

• At the original installation address

• If full payment has been completed
