1. Company Information

MK Gym Equip (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website www.mkgymequip.com

At MKfitness, we specialize in professionally reconditioned Technogym machines. Whether you're outfitting a commercial gym, a hotel fitness center, or your home setup, we deliver elite-quality equipment at unbeatable value. Our machines look and perform like new — at a fraction of the price.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website, email, phone, or any other sales channel. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

3. Products – Refurbished Equipment

All equipment sold by MK Gym Equip is refurbished / reconditioned, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Equipment is fully inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present

  • Product images are indicative and may differ slightly from the final delivered item

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after:

  • Written confirmation by MK Gym Equip, and

  • Receipt of the required downpayment

4.2 Downpayment

A 50% downpayment of the total order value is required to proceed with refurbishment and preparation.

  • The remaining balance is payable prior to delivery or upon delivery, as agreed

5. Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery timeframe is 2–3 months from order confirmation

  • This timeframe is indicative and may be affected by supplier availability, refurbishment processes, or logistical factors

  • Delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or compensation

6. Delivery Area

Delivery is offered within Cyprus only. We do not ship internationally.

7. Transport & Installation

  • Transport and standard installation are included in the purchase price

  • Installation includes placement and basic assembly of the equipment

​

7.1 Additional Equipment

If special lifting equipment (e.g. crane, hoist) is required due to site conditions, additional charges will apply, determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the client in advance.

The client is responsible for ensuring:

  • Adequate access

  • Suitable space

  • Structural suitability of the installation area

8. Ownership & Risk

  • Ownership of the equipment transfers to the client once full payment has been received

  • Risk passes to the client upon delivery at the agreed address

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of refurbished equipment:

  • Orders are non-refundable once refurbishment has commenced

  • The 50% downpayment is non-refundable after production begins

  • Cancellation requests prior to refurbishment may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

 

10. Warranty

Warranty terms are governed by our Warranty Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

MK Gym Equip shall not be liable for:

  • Improper use or lack of maintenance

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the equipment supplied.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
